Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Heating and Air company. I have several properties, and I have used practically every company in Chattanooga through the years. I can honestly say I will never use anyone else but Bailey’s Heating and Air. My tech was so sweet. He came on a Saturday and repaired my daughter’s unit so she wouldn’t spend the weekend without air conditioning. He went above and beyond to accommodate me! 5-star service, 5-star technician. Great communication and very professional. I requested an appointment for maintenance on my units and was contacted immediately. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule.
