I had issues with my central air (during this heat, of course). A technician came out that same day and took care of my issues. They are always so friendly and helpful, patiently answer any questions I have, offer solutions and take care of the issue as quickly as possible!! I would highly recommend them for all of your Heat/AC needs!!!

I felt the technician was professional and did a great job. He didn’t try to push extra things on me. I am pleased that Bailey’s Heating & Air stands by their warranty and service agreement. Today, I am most pleased with the integrity that I observed the technician exhibiting. Even on an extremely hot Saturday afternoon he addressed all of my questions or concerns without trying to rush off.

Bailey's came to install a new unit for me. They scheduled me quickly and here on time. They did a really good job for me and gave me a great price. I would highly recommend this company and have already referred them to my friends.

I couldn’t be more impressed with every single person I dealt with at Baileys! I’m a single mom of four boys, and it was the day before school started when my thermostat said 84 degrees before 9 AM on Thursday. By noon on Friday, everything was signed, sealed, and delivered!! 10/10 and so grateful for such a smooth service.

Great service with this provider. Have used them the past two years and have been satisfied. I also appreciate the fact that they informed me about the EPB rebate for doing HVAC maintenance annually that saved me money on the service!
